- private flat accommodation, not a ‘hotel’ - flat on the 4/f with no lift, not suitable for elderlies / guests with heavy lugguages - problems with the 2 beds: 1 has is broken legs at the end, we hv to sleep on a slanted bed, the service inform us 4pm on the day of check-in; 1 bed squeaks loudly when twist and turn. - food crumbs on stove left from previous visitor
